In many cases, photographs allow us to provide initial guidance or a provisional estimate. We may still need to inspect the vehicle at our Ferndown workshop before confirming the full scope and final cost.

Repair time depends on the type of damage, the number of affected panels, required parts, preparation and paint curing. We will provide a clearer timeframe after assessing the vehicle.
The existing finish is assessed before a suitable colour formula is prepared. The repaired area is then refinished and, where necessary, blended into the surrounding paintwork to create a consistent result.
Contacting us before travelling is recommended. It allows us to confirm availability and tell you whether photographs are sufficient for an initial assessment or whether the vehicle needs to be inspected in person.
